The New Fourth Army Headquarters Memorial is located at the intersection of Binhe East Road and Junbu Street in Hedong District, Linyi City. It is the last headquarters of the New Fourth Army in history and the birthplace of the East China Military Region and the East China Field Army, holding significant historical value in the history of China’s revolutionary wars.
Opening Hours: The site is open all year round from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00-11:30 and 14:00-16:30; it is closed all day on Mondays; and during New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day, it is open 09:00-11:30 and 14:00-16:30.
