Nianhua Bay is adjacent to Lingshan Scenic Area. It is located to the west of Lingshan Scenic Area. The town has an antique style and takes Zen as its theme. Buildings in beige and white colors are covered with large cyan sloping roofs. Doors, windows and pillars are mostly made of wood. The town is dotted with small bridges, flowing water and small garden landscapes. It is a special homestay town suitable for coming here to relax and cultivate one’s body and mind.

During the day, you can visit buildings such as the Zen Music Hall, Baihua Hall, Miaoyin Terrace, Nianhua Hall and Nianhua Tower. Browse handicraft stores. When tired from walking, you can sit down and eat and drink. At night, you can photograph the silent night view of Nianhua Bay and watch the unique 3D water curtain movie on Nianhua Lake. Stepping into Nianhua Bay is like entering a paradise. Everything here is both dreamy and real.

There are also eight scenic spots in Nianhua Bay for you to visit: Xushan Great Zen Hall, Luming Valley, Zen Heart Valley, Ginkgo Valley, Bamboo Creek Valley, Yunmen Valley, Xiangyue Huajie (Fragrant Moon Flower Street), and Youyou Fishing Port. Everyone can find their own Zen lifestyle here and cultivate their body and mind. Attend the ‘Thousand-Person Morning Zen Gathering’ at the Great Zen Hall to gain spiritual and soulful rewards.

On Xiangyue Huajie (Fragrant Moon Flower Street) with the saying ‘One flower, one world’, there are hundreds of Zen-style small stores that will dazzle you and make you reluctant to leave. Have a delicious meal at the Youyou Fishing Port wharf and experience the Zen meaning of ‘The leisure of swimming fish is only known to swimming fish; the happiness of migratory birds is only known to migratory birds’.

When it comes to wading and enjoying summer coolness, Luming Valley in Nianhua Bay is extremely suitable. Luming Valley is a long and narrow valley on the northeast side of Nianhua Bay, with towering trees and gurgling streams. The Luming Valley Stream Water Park is hidden in this lush greenery. Here, the water level is still shallow and the flow is gentle. It is very suitable for parents to bring their children to play and have close contact with nature.

It can be reached in ten minutes on foot from the foot of the mountain. The stream’s secret realm is hidden among the lush trees and winds down, making tinkling sounds. Stepping barefoot in the water, it is cool and refreshing. The heat and troubles are instantly evaporated. Throw all the fruits into the stream. The chilled fruits are extremely cool and sweet when eaten. Move the small table and chairs into the middle of the stream and unlock the fruit soda chilled by the ‘natural refrigerator’ and eat it bit by bit, devouring the whole summer.

Play in the water, stomp in the water, and play with water guns. Children play in the water, with continuous laughter. That innocence and happiness infect everyone present. Look up at the valley full of greenery everywhere and feel the cool stream sliding over the skin. This is a way to escape the summer heat that is more effective than air conditioning. Take a children’s hand-cranked vehicle and drift freely on the stream.

The lush greenery and gentle breeze accompany you. It is so cool and pleasant. Unplugged parent-child time, the wind in the mountains, the water by your feet, and the chirping of birds will give children a sweet childhood. Relaxed parenting frees your hands and gives parents a chance to lie flat.

Drinking tea, eating melons, taking photos, chatting… Give yourself a summer vacation day too. There is no solution to life, so be wild and happy. The summer spent in the water is no longer sweltering. The seemingly complicated problems in life also become clearer. Start looking forward to every summer. In this place without a ceiling, feel the healing power of nature and recharge your tired body.

This is not only a place for playing in water, but also a bridge connecting nature and life. One table, one chair, one summer. One person, one cup of tea, one state of mind.
