Opening hours are as follows: From January 1st to September 30th, the museum is open from 10:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Thursday and on Sundays. From October 8th to December 31st, the same schedule applies. On Fridays and Saturdays, during the period of January 1st to September 30th, the museum is open from 10:00 to 21:00, and the same hours are observed from October 8th to December 31st. During October 1st to October 6th, the museum is open from 10:00 to 21:00, and on October 7th, it closes at 20:00.
Preferential policies include free entry for children under 1 meter (inclusive) who must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult, with one adult allowed to bring one child for free. Active-duty military personnel receive discounts with valid identification, and the same applies to people with disabilities.
Additional instructions: When entering the museum to collect tickets, it is essential to bring identification documents such as military IDs, disability certificates, household registration books, or identity cards. Failure to do so may result in being unable to verify tickets and enter the museum.
