Peninsula Pastoral, located in the Suzhou Yangcheng Lake Peninsula National Tourism Resort Area, is a pastoral slow-life experience destination close to urban dwellers.
Covering an area of 60 acres, the pastoral land has over 50 types of vegetable plants grown, integrating various plant landscapes such as vegetable gardens, vegetable terraces, camphor tree forests, and leisure lawns. Through meticulous matching and plant landscape design, common vegetables have become edible ‘landscapes’, more aesthetically pleasing and ecologically valuable.
Here, you can carry a basket to experience the joy of agricultural picking, plant rubbing, and DIY fruit and vegetable bouquets, or claim your ‘Peninsula Small Field’ to realize the urban pastoral dream. Alternatively, you can step into the pet paradise for an intimate encounter with small animals, or stroll through the fields, where you can enjoy the golden rapeseed flowers in spring, the full grain wheat waves in summer, and the light mist of Miscanthus sinensis in autumn, feeling the beautiful natural picture scroll.
Peninsula Pastoral is a vegetable plant exploration park full of fun, where you can explore a healthy lifestyle. It is a pastoral idyll for a slow-life farmer experience, allowing the soul to return to nature and enjoy the ‘desired life’ within reach.
Opening hours are all year round: Monday to Friday 10:00-17:30; Saturday to Sunday 09:30-17:30; and during New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day 09:30-17:30.
