The Poet Town is located by the Huyuan River in Dafan Township, Pujiang County. Due to its terrain resembling ancient Qiantang, it is known as ‘Little Hangzhou’. In this place flowing with poetry, walking along the stream, visiting the poet’s cabin, strolling in the colorful flower fields, seeing the ancient small bridges and flowing water, and breathing in the fragrance of the hundred-mu tea garden is very pleasant.
There are seven halls in the town. The lintel of the exterior wall of many halls is inlaid with stone plaques of ‘Dafangbo’ or ‘Fangbo Mansion’. One of the ‘Dafangbo’ halls is a seven-entry hall, which is elegant and delicate and has high ornamental value. In addition, there are scenic spots such as Camphor Tree Avenue, Three Pools Mirroring the Moon, Viewing Fish at Huagang, Guang’an Bridge, and overhead plank roads. The ancient ginkgo tree is more notable, and many people will come here to make beautiful wishes.
