Project 704 is surrounded by mountains on three sides. The above-ground part consists of four buildings with different styles. Building No. 1 is the main building. Building No. 2 is a swimming pool. Building No. 3 is inhabited by four powerful generals. Building No. 4 is inhabited by the ‘agent’ in Zhejiang. The total area of these four buildings is 28,452 square meters. The underground area is 4,000 square meters and there are 47 rooms, including an underground combat command center, a communication and telegraph room, a water pump room, a power distribution room and other facilities. There is an elevator directly leading to the main building. Together with the above-ground buildings, it forms a combat system that can be combined or isolated.
