The Purple Mountain Insect Museum in Nanjing is a natural-themed museum integrating insect taxonomy research, insect ecology display, and natural science education. Located at the foot of Zhongshan, the museum’s main exhibition areas include the序厅, Nanjing Local Insects Hall, Insect Diversity Hall, Lepidoptera Insects Hall, Singing Insects Culture Hall, Insect Behavior Hall, Social Insects and Aquatic Insects Hall, and a live insect display area.
