Qin Bridge is located within the Shaoxing Donghu Scenic Area, named after Emperor Qin Shi Huang who stopped to feed his horses at the foot of Ruoshi Mountain during his eastern tour. The bridge is constructed according to the terrain, with three flat arches at both the north and south ends, and a high arch bridge resembling a full moon in the middle, composed of 14 stone steps.
