The waterside pavilion of Qingfeng Pool Pavilion is open to the west, close to the water and has a comfortable environment. It is named after the lines in “The Book of Songs”: “Jifu composed odes, gentle as the refreshing breeze.” and also after the lines in Su Dongpo’s “Ode to the Red Cliff”: “A gentle breeze slowly blows, and the water does not ripple.” In the Liu family’s time, it was called Weeping Willow Pool Pavilion. In the Sheng family’s time, it was renamed Qingfeng Pool Pavilion. There was once an inscribed plaque that said, “When the refreshing breeze rises, the pool pavilion is cool.” Opening hours: Open from 07:30 to 17:00 from November 1st to February 28th; Open from 07:30 to 17:30 from March 1st to October 31st.
