The Quzhou Museum is located on Xinqiao Street in Kecheng District. It is adjacent to Fushan Park, known as ‘misty and magnificent buildings’, in the south and the Confucius Temple of the Southern Confucian School, known as ‘the southeastern center of Confucian culture’, in the west. It consists of three parts: a square, the main building, and ancillary rooms. The main building has an elegant appearance and magnificent momentum. It is currently the only comprehensive museum in Quzhou urban area that reflects Quzhou’s history and culture.
Opening hours: Open from Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year, from 09:00 to 17:00; closed all day on Monday throughout the year; open from 09:00 to 17:00 on New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day.
