The Sanqingshan Yulian Waterfall Scenic Area is located in the rift valley near the Gegan Ridge-Xi Keng Fault in the northeastern part of Sanqingshan, with a canyon length of about 3 kilometers and a circular tour route totaling approximately 10 kilometers. It is composed of nine major waterfalls: Cuilian, Yulian, Honglian, Zhulian, Wulian, Qinglian, Yinglian, Fenglian, and Jinglian. Within the scenic area, the water splashes and creates a spectacle, the mountains contain peculiar rocks and cliffs, and the forests harbor rare trees and precious grasses.


Opening hours are from 08:00 to 17:00 all year round.


Preferential policies include:


Children: Free for children aged 6 years old (inclusive) or below 1.2 meters (inclusive) in height when accompanied by a guardian; half-price for children between 1.2 meters (exclusive) and 1.5 meters (inclusive) in height.


Students: Full-time undergraduate and below degree students (including full-time undergraduate, associate degree, secondary vocational school, junior high school, and vocational technical school students, and primary school students) enjoy half-price ticket benefits with a valid registered student ID. Graduate students, adult education students, self-taught candidates, and short-term trainees do not receive ticket discounts.


Seniors: Free for seniors aged 65 years old (inclusive) or above with their ID card, passport, driver’s license, or Taiwan compatriot certificate; half-price for seniors aged 60 years old (inclusive) to 64 years old (inclusive) with their ID card, passport, driver’s license, or Taiwan compatriot certificate.


Military personnel: Free for active military personnel and retired military personnel in Jiangxi Province with their military officer certificate, soldier certificate, retirement certificate, or military police certificate.


Disabled persons: Free admission for disabled people with a disability certificate issued by the national disabled federation; free for retired disabled personnel and preferential treatment subjects with a Jiangxi Province preferential treatment subject priority certificate.


Journalists: Free for journalists with a press card or photography journalist certificate issued by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film, and Television.


Photographers: Free for members of photography associations at the provincial level (including provincial level) and above.


Tour guides: Free for tour guides and travel agency managers with a national tour guide C card, general manager qualification certificate, or Sanqingshan tour guide certificate.
