Every weekend, the Drama Arts Centre’s entrance is always filled with the city’s young artists, with the atmosphere of art quietly blossoming.
The Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre features three theaters: the Art Theater, the Drama Salon, and the D6 Space, each with its unique characteristics. The D6 Space is particularly interactive, allowing audiences to participate in the drama. In addition to regular performances, the center also hosts international troupes from time to time, bringing a different cultural impact to the audience in Shanghai. After the show, one can casually step into a roadside café or bar to enjoy a rare moment of leisure. The center is open all year round from 09:30 to 21:00.
