The Shanghai Guanfu Museum is located on the 37th floor of the Shanghai Tower, a new landmark in Lujiazui, Pudong. It consists of four exhibition halls: the Porcelain Hall, the East-West Hall, the Goldware Hall, and the Statue Hall. The East-West Hall displays Chinese cultural relics with foreign symbols and foreign cultural relics with Chinese symbols. The Goldware Hall will exhibit goldware from the Shang and Zhou Dynasties to the Ming and Qing Dynasties. This special exhibition is the first of its kind in domestic museums.
Opening hours: From January 1st to February 8th, Monday 10:00 – 17:00 open; from January 1st to February 8th, Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 – 18:00 open; from February 9th to February 12th, closed all day; from February 13th to December 31st, Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 – 18:00 open; from February 13th to December 31st, Monday 10:00 – 17:00 open; on National Day 10:00 – 18:00 open.
Preferential policies: Children: Those under 1.3 meters (inclusive) in height. Free ticket holders need to be accompanied by an adult with a ticket to enter the museum for a visit. Each adult can bring two free-ticket children to enter the museum for a visit. Exceeding children need to purchase half-price tickets for children.
The elderly: Elderly people aged 80 years old (inclusive) and above, and retired personnel with valid certificates. Free ticket holders need to be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Free.
Those aged 60 years old (inclusive) to 79 years old (inclusive) with ID cards can enjoy half-price tickets.
