Visitors can see various collections such as criminal investigation materials, case photos, and police supplies. It is worth bringing children here to expand their knowledge. Among them, the famous guns from all over the world are especially attractive to young people. Even guns used by celebrities such as Sun Yat-sen are treasured and are well worth seeing. The museum has seven floors. The first to fourth floors are the main exhibition halls, displaying all regular exhibits. On the first floor of the museum, there are police cars of various eras, as well as three groups of sculpture groups reflecting public security content. The second floor is the Public Security History Museum, which shows the historical evolution of the establishment of the police institution in Shanghai. Visitors can see various exhibits such as police emblems, police uniforms, and medals, as well as wax figures of Indian police, British police, and Chinese police in old Shanghai. The third floor is the Criminal Investigation Museum, Public Security Museum, Traffic Museum, and Detention Center Museum. It displays on-site pictures of many major homicide cases.
