Welcome to Shanghai Wild Animal Park, where the beauty of nature and your curiosity will be awakened, and we will interpret a harmonious coexistence of humans and animals. As one of the first 5A-level tourist attractions in China, we have been striving to bring people closer to nature. The park consists of three main areas: the walking area, the vehicle entry area, and the ‘Water Exploration’ area, presenting over 200 species of wildlife from both domestic and international sources, totaling tens of thousands of animals.

You will not only encounter adorable animals such as giant pandas, giraffes, and flamingos, but also experience the wild calls of fierce predators like Siberian tigers, African lions, and cheetahs at close range. This is also a cozy home for the animals in the city, and we are committed to enhancing animal welfare and promoting the concept of animal protection. Keepers will provide enriching ‘scientific explanations’ and ‘animal behavior demonstrations’ at fixed times, allowing you to learn about the lesser-known aspects of the animals.
