Shangshuiguan is located on the south side of West Street in the present Langya District. It spans the waters of the West Stream from north to south, situated between the old Yongfeng Gate and Guande Gate. Constructed with a stone foundation and brick arches, it features three arched openings. The total length of Shangshuiguan is 35 meters, with a width of 13.5 meters and the central arch reaching a height of 9.5 meters, spanning a distance of 5 meters. It is open to visitors all day long from January 1st to December 31st.
