The Shell Museum is showcasing over 5000 types of shell specimens and a collection of large coral specimens from the 1980s for the first time. These specimens have been collected from more than ninety countries and regions around the world, spanning all five continents, four major oceans, and both poles. They form a relatively complete scientific collection system! Some of the specimens are extremely precious, including rare unique pieces and world record specimens that are being exhibited publicly in China for the first time!
The museum is open all year round from 08:00 to 17:00. Additional information on preferential policies: 1. Free admission for children under 1.1 meters in height (excluding) accompanied by an adult. 2. Discounted admission for children between 1.1 meters (inclusive) and 1.4 meters (excluding) and seniors aged 60 and above (with a senior citizen card or ID) who can purchase discounted tickets at the scenic spot. 3.
