The Shengze Lake Rose Garden covers an area of about 800 mu. It is located by Shengze Lake in Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, a paradise. It is an ecological leisure garden integrating garden and lake and taking roses as the theme. The whole park follows the principle of natural ecology. There are hundreds of varieties and more than one million roses of various colors planted, including large-flowered roses, ground cover roses, stump roses, climbing roses, miniature roses, colorful roses, etc. Various ornamental green plants and beautiful flowers are arranged in an orderly manner, with appropriate density and natural coordination. Shengze Lake adjacent to the north bank of the rose garden is famous among the lakes in Jiangnan for its ecologically natural and clear lake water. The entire water area reaches 5 square kilometers, and its water quality reaches Class II standards of surface water environmental quality. It is a provincial-level protected lake. In addition to its unique lakeside flower path charm, the Shengze Lake Rose Garden also has a full range of experience and tour function areas.
