Sheshan International Golf Club is located in the Sheshan National Tourism Resort in Songjiang District, Shanghai. It is a comprehensive vacation project themed around golf sports, offering exclusive sports leisure and vacation living experiences and services.
This site is also the birthplace of the World Championship – the HSBC Champions, which has been successfully held for seven consecutive editions. In 2009, the event was upgraded to a World Championship, and in 2013, it was included in the PGA Tour schedule.

The club’s golf course stretches to 7025 yards, with a standard 18-hole 72-par layout, designed by globally renowned golf course designers Nelson & Haworth. It is a forest hill-type course with mountains at its back and water at its front.
