Located on the southeast coast of Zhujiajian Island, five golden beaches stretch like silk ribbons, guarded by capes and forming a vast chain-like beach group spanning over 5,000 meters, known as the ‘Shili Jinsha’. Mainly composed of adjacent Dongsha, Nansha, Qiansha, Lisa, and Qingsha. Comparative analysis of the five beaches: Dongsha is the largest among them; Nansha is well-developed, making it an ideal beach for swimming and water sports; Lisa is distinguished by its natural scenery, featuring a Huanglianmu forest, close to Lisa Ecological Park, and a rare thousand-year-old Arhat pine; Qingsha is adjacent to the Dashan Scenic Area, hence its name. The sand at Jinsha is fine and soft like a velvet blanket, with gentle slopes and vast areas, covering a total area of 1.44 square kilometers, accounting for a quarter of the total beach area in Zhejiang Province. In summer, the water temperature can reach 23.2-24.4°C, and the sand content in the seawater is low, only 35.8-44.8 grams per cubic meter during the summer. After measurement, all indicators of the five beaches meet international standards for marine bathing, making them excellent beach bathing sites. Wandering through Shili Jinsha, the scenery is charming in all seasons, especially refreshing in summer and autumn. Recently, the ‘Shili Jinsha Fishing Garden’ built within the scenic area has become a distinctive feature of Zhujiajian tourism. Visitors can boat on the fishing lake, fish with a rod, and splash in the water to catch fish. The area is open all year round, 24 hours a day, with specific business hours subject to the daily opening conditions.
