Shui Le Dong is a fascinating cave known for its grotesque rocks and renowned water features. Every year during summer and autumn, numerous visitors come here to escape the heat and enjoy the osmanthus.
The cave is approximately 60 meters deep. Stone tables and chairs are placed beside the entrance, where many locals gather to relax, play chess, and enjoy the natural spring water, living in harmony with nature.
The walls of the cave are inscribed with ancient calligraphy. Phrases such as ‘High Mountains and Flowing Water’ and ‘Natural Melody’ are faintly visible. When the water flow is abundant, the sound of the spring water, combined with the chirping of birds and the tranquility of the mountains, creates a truly delightful experience.
Shui Le Dong is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
