In this vibrant summer of 2024, I was fortunate to step into Lehuo Camp (Fengxian Store) with my team and participate in a unique ‘Summer Team Building Extravaganza’. Published on July 29, 2024, at 11:14, this experience was one that I knew would be unforgettable and a profound baptism of team spirit.

From the moment I entered the camp, the first sight was refreshing. On the way to Fengxian, the scenery outside the window unfolded like a scroll, and Lehuo Camp stood out as the most eye-catching stroke in this painting. Upon arrival, a lush green scene greeted our eyes. The lake was crystal clear, and the distant mountains were layered, creating a paradise-like setting.

The facilities in the camp were complete, and the environment was elegant, instantly refreshing everyone and filling us with anticipation for the upcoming team building activities. One by one, we unlocked the team building highlights.

Our first project was a water kayak adventure. Excitedly, we donned life jackets and jumped onto the kayaks. Under the guidance of the coach, we learned how to control these ‘little giants’ in the water. As the kayaks slowly entered the lake, we transformed into brave explorers, shuttling between the blue waves and enjoying the collision of speed and passion.

The following wet battle and water balloon battle pushed the atmosphere to a climax. Everyone was divided into two teams, holding water guns or water balloons, and launched intense ‘battles’ amid laughter. In the splashing water, we released the pressure from work and deepened our friendships with one another.Indoor Curling Competition:
We welcomed the challenge of an indoor curling competition, moving the sport indoors. Despite being on a simulated field, the tension and excitement were not diminished. We carefully pushed the curling stone, calculating the angle and strength, and every successful hit made us cheer.

Co-Creating a Blueprint:
After the curling, we sat around and jointly drew the team’s blueprint. Everyone left their mark on the canvas. Those colorful lines and patterns are not only our vision for the future but also the embodiment of team spirit.

Desert Gold Rush, Squid Game, etc.:
The following activities were equally wonderful. We searched for treasures in the ‘desert’ and experienced the importance of teamwork and decision-making. In the Squid Game, we showcased agile skills and tacit cooperation. Each activity brought us closer together.

Water Gun Battle and Kayak Racing:
In the evening, the water gun battle ignited our passion once again. Everyone held water guns and engaged in an intense ‘battle’ on the lake. Then, we rode kayaks and raced on the lake, feeling the power of teamwork and the thrill of speed.

Bonfire Evening and Outdoor BBQ:
As night fell, the bonfire evening began. We gathered around the bonfire, savoring the delicious dishes of outdoor BBQ and local farmhouse cuisine. In the glow of the fire, happy smiles graced the faces of everyone. We shared the day’s amusing stories and gains, and also discussed the team’s future development direction.

Conclusion:
As the bonfire gradually died down, our team building event also came to a successful end.During our stay at the Happy Campsite (Fengxian Branch), we experienced something truly enlightening. It was as if a bright lamp was guiding our path forward.

Not only did we share laughter and forge new friendships, but we also embarked on a new chapter for our team through overcoming challenges and working together. We have learned that the key to unlocking our potential lies in our unity and collaboration.

As we look towards the future, we are confident that no matter the obstacles we encounter, if we continue to unite as we did during this team-building experience, we will undoubtedly create a more brilliant tomorrow.
