China’s chief flamenco guitar player, Kerman’s ‘Legend of Loulan’ 2024-2025 national tour, Suzhou station. Kerman Flamenco Orchestra is China’s first music combination with flamenco guitar music as the main expressive force. The rich folk music elements of Xinjiang are also perfectly integrated into the rhythm of the six-string guitar. They perfectly combine Spanish flamenco guitar music culture with Uyghur music in Xinjiang. The dramatic, spiritual and tension-filled live performances have allowed flamenco guitar music to take root and germinate in China and reach a more interesting realm. The orchestra was established in 2014 and was founded by Mr. Kerman, a singer of Uyghur nationality in Xinjiang, China, China’s chief flamenco guitar player and famous music producer. He once participated in the establishment of China’s most outstanding flamenco band ‘Avanti’. The two albums ‘Qinuli’ and ‘Loulan Girl’ launched by the orchestra have received widespread praise from inside and outside the industry and overseas people. As the lead guitar of the band, Kerman has also been promoted to the ranks of excellent guitar players in China. Kerman’s delicate and superb live performances are also widely praised among peers and fans.
