The Suzhou Chamber of Commerce Museum is located at the former Quanzhou Guild Hall on Shantang Street. It is a century-long exhibition of the Suzhou Chamber of Commerce and a concentrated display of Suzhou’s modern commercial culture. It also serves as a microcosm of the development of Suzhou’s modern history.
On Shantang Street, where the Suzhou Chamber of Commerce Museum is situated, there is a concentration of numerous merchant guild halls, such as the Gangzhou Guild Hall, Lingnan Guild Hall, and Dongqi Guild Hall, among others.
The museum is open all year round from 08:00 to 20:00.
