Swans Bay Jinling Hotel Hot Spring features a variety of 10 indoor pools, including an SPA pool and a fish therapy pool, along with leisure facilities such as foot massage rooms, chess and card rooms, and a snack bar.
The outdoor hot spring area is divided into several zones including the Five Elements Health Area, Dynamic Water Therapy Area, Flower and Plant Area, Couples Area, and Slate Bath Area, with a total of 20 hot spring pools of varying sizes and 7 distinctive hot spring SPA huts.

Opening hours are from 13:30 to 21:30 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and from 11:30 to 21:30 on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
