Tai’erzhuang Canal Wetland Park

Tai’erzhuang Canal Wetland Scenic Area is located to the west of the Tai’erzhuang Canal Bridge, adjacent to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, complementing the ancient city of Tai’erzhuang and stretching over 13 miles with an area of over 20,000 acres. It is a unique scenic area in China themed around canal wetlands. As a natural wetland, this area was originally a beautiful lake bay on the north bank of the canal, with a complex interplay of water and soil, benefiting from the growth of reeds, lotuses, fish, shrimp, and clams, as well as the sights and sounds of white egrets in flight and frogs and birds. The park is open all year round from 08:00 to 18:00, with specific operating conditions subject to the day’s opening status.
