The ‘Taihu Star’ water Ferris wheel is about 115 meters high. Its main structure is supported by six iron frames with a diameter of about 1 meter and a height of about 60 meters. The six supporting iron frames are evenly distributed, forming a 60-square-meter arc skeleton. The support frame lifts the main shaft of a Ferris wheel with a diameter of 3 meters to a height of 65 meters above the ground. The ‘Taihu Star’ water Ferris wheel has 64 cages, each of which can carry 6 people. A full load can carry 384 people at a time. It takes about 19 minutes to rotate one circle.
