Tang Yin Garden, also known as Tang Bohu Cultural Garden, is located at the intersection of Jiefang West Road and West Ring Road in the southwest of Suzhou city. The entire cemetery boasts a beautiful environment with well-arranged domestic courtyards, simple architecture, and tranquil scenery. Upon entering Tang Yin Garden, one is greeted by the wall of the ‘Four Great Talents of the Jiangnan Region’.
Inside, there are attractions such as the ‘Talented Scholar Washing the Fan’ scene, the ‘Golden Toad’, the Chuangyuan Gate, and a calligraphy piece created by Tang Bohu hanging in front of the gate. Tang Yin, styled Bohu, is a well-known member of the ‘Four Great Talents of the Jiangnan Region’, a famous painter, calligrapher, and literary figure of the Ming Dynasty. Tang Yin was skilled in landscape painting and also adept at painting figures, especially women, with a delicate and elegant brushwork that is highly admired by later generations. The garden features a clear water brick veneer double-gate with the inscription ‘Tang Yin Cemetery’. Passing through the east and west hall, the stone-paved square pool, and the granite two-column gate, one arrives at the Taohuaxian Hall, Mengmo Hall, Liuru Hall, and other components that make up the Tang Yin Memorial Exhibition Hall. Opening hours are 08:30-16:30 all year round.Preferential policies include: 1.
