Tangzha Park, established in 1913, was relocated and reconstructed in 1953. In 2008, the municipal government initiated the Tangzha Industrial Heritage Protection and Utilization Project, also known as the ‘Nantong-1895’ Project. As a cultural heritage built during the time of Zhang Jian, the park has become an integral part of this preservation effort.
Tangzha Park is also a base for Chinese chrysanthemum varieties, attracting numerous visitors with its annual chrysanthemum exhibition. The opening hours and business status are subject to the park’s daily operations.
