Tao Lin Er Gong Ci is located on Changjiang Road, Xuanwu District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. It was constructed by the Governor of the Two Rivers, Zuo Zongtang, in memory of his predecessors Tao Shu and Lin Zexu, and was completed in the ninth year of the Guangxu era (1883).
