The ‘The Legendary Heroes of Shan Hai Jing Immersive Fantasy Show’ is a series of immersive night tour projects themed on the IP of the CCTV documentary ‘The Legendary Heroes of Shan Hai Jing’, jointly created by China’s media forces and international visual art teams. Among them, ‘Dayu Tames the Flood’ makes its debut in the Nineteen Peaks Scenic Area of Xinchang County, Shaoxing City. ‘The Legendary Heroes of Shan Hai Jing’ is located in the Nineteen Peaks Scenic Area of Xinchang County, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. Taking the characteristic natural ecological landscape of the Nineteen Peaks, with the natural cliff as the curtain and the fantasy secluded valley as the scene, and taking the Chinese traditional cultural fantasy classic ‘Shan Hai Jing’ as the prototype, the main tour route is about 2.6 kilometers in length and includes theme scenes such as ‘Chaotic World’, ‘Angrily Colliding with Mount Buzhou’, ‘Hero Appears in the World’, ‘Transforming into a Bear to Resist Water’, ‘Nine Tails of Qingqiu’, and ‘Naming Mountains and Rivers’ to tell the story of Dayu taming the flood. Utilizing global multimedia technologies such as holographic projection, 3D mapping, somatosensory interaction, online and offline game interaction experience, laser matrix, and art installations, combined with sound, light, and electricity elements such as fog, lighting, set design, images, and music, it creates a light and shadow feast integrating vision, hearing, and touch, providing tourists with an all-round perspective to observe the world. In this distant and majestic mysterious world, people can seek inspiration and feel the charm of Chinese traditional culture.
