The ‘Shiqu Baoji’ Digital Art Exhibition at the Palace Museum has carefully selected dozens of paintings from the ‘Shiqu Baoji’ collection. Renowned painting masters have restored the artworks to their original 1:1 scale, and among them, the more well-known pieces have been chosen for digital immersive interpretation. By perfectly blending ‘physical paintings’, ‘digital images’, and ‘interactive technology’, the exhibition brings these artworks to life, offering more people the opportunity to ‘step into the 600-year-old Forbidden City’, gain insights into the essence of traditional culture, and inherit the splendid Chinese civilization.
The exhibition is divided into five areas: Mountain View, Cloud Wander, Flower Appreciation, Horse Bathing, and Banquet Entry, each showcasing the artistic and cultural value of classic paintings through visually stunning interpretations from the genres of landscape, flower and bird, and figure painting. The exhibition is open year-round from 10:00 to 21:00.The Palace Museum Culture on the Move – The Palace Museum’s ‘Shiqu Baoji’ Digital Art Exhibition
