The site of the establishment of Yueqing Branch is located in Wengyang Town, Yueqing City. This building was built in 1887. There are four rooms on the second floor. Shops are opened downstairs. There are three characters of ‘Changchun Tower’ written on the top of the door. In June 2001, the Yueqing Municipal Party Committee built a memorial hall for the revolutionary periods of the First and Second World Wars in Yueqing here. There is a bronze statue of Lin Qubing in the hall, and historical materials, pictures and objects from the revolutionary periods of the First and Second World Wars in Yueqing are exhibited.
