UCCA Edge is located in Yingkai Cultural and Creative Plaza, Jing’an District, Shanghai, spanning three floors with a total area of 5,500 square meters, including 1,700 square meters of exhibition space, a wrap-around outdoor terrace, and public areas such as the lobby and lecture hall. The architectural design of UCCA Edge is undertaken by the New York-based SO–IL Architects. As an integral part of the UCCA group, UCCA Edge continues its commitment to bringing exhibitions by renowned artists from both China and abroad to the public, including special presentations for Shanghai audiences and traveling exhibitions from other UCCA venues. Opening hours are from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 19:00; closed all day on Mondays.
Concessions are offered to children: free entry for those under 1.2 meters in height (inclusive); discounted tickets for minors over 1.2 meters in height. Students: discounted tickets for students (master’s degree and below). Elderly: discounted tickets for those aged 60 and above. Disabled: discounted tickets for people with disabilities. Military personnel: discounted tickets for active and retired military personnel. Priority targets: discounted tickets for priority targets. Additional notes: one adult can accompany one free child under 1.2 meters in height; children under 1.2 meters in height must be accompanied by an adult to enter the exhibition for free.
