Shanghai Beach Area
Shanghai Beach Area | Golden Years, Fashion Frontline, Time Reverted. Experience the charm of old Shanghai in the early 20th century. Ancient Shikumen houses, the dazzling and decadent entertainment scene… In the radiant and peaceful atmosphere, one can enjoy the splendid years; amidst the gunfire and film stunts, one can observe the cycle of time. The Shanghai Beach area is the most locally characteristic zone in Happy Valley. Walking through it feels like strolling through old Shanghai, and this is my favorite photo. This is a newly upgraded theme area of Shanghai Happy Valley in 2019, with the new Shanghai Beach theme area centered around the unique old Shanghai culture. Through cultural display, transplantation, and grafting, it creates stories, characters, and buildings with distinctive characteristics of the era, presenting a more infectious and penetrating world of joy. The streets here are truly Shanghai-like, with photo studios, old noodle shops, cultural and creative studios, etc., all decorated in a particularly retro style. It’s worth mentioning the 4D cinema here, featuring the brand-new Hollywood 4D blockbuster ‘California Earthquake’ with a 9+ level! Immersed in the collapse of the sky and the earth, join Dwayne Johnson in saving the world and experience an unprecedented 4D super cool experience! After the rain in Shanghai Beach, I casually took a photo of the reflection.
Shangri-La Zone
Shangri-La Zone | Mysterious Holy Land, Exotic Sentiments. Shangri-La, an area full of mystery.
Shangri-La Area
Moving forward, you will see a station called ‘Shambhala’, which is a place for rest and dining. Blue Moon Coaster is located next to the Shambhala Station. It is the only roller coaster in Shangri-La and the most recommended attraction there. Its location is a bit off the beaten path; follow the blue track to find it, and there will be fewer people in the morning.
From the outside, it seems there are not many people. Only after entering do you find that there is already a queue. It is found that most of the people playing this are students. It feels like a younger brother version of ‘Fireball’. But it is much smoother than Fireball. Sitting on it, you can even spread your hands. There are about ten people in one ride. It’s still very exciting.
