The 1998 TV series “Water Margin” was filmed with sets built here. On the island, there is “Shuihu City”, which is divided into four parts: Liangshan District, Manjusri Monastery, Yongjin Gate, and Suzhou-Hangzhou Water Street. The entire “Shuihu City” is hidden among beautiful green mountains and clear waters. In the east scenic area and west scenic area, there are also characteristic scenic spots such as the Assembly Hall, lookout tower, three passes of the water stronghold, statue group of characters in “Water Margin”, Liangshan rear stockade, Liuhe Pagoda, stone arch bridge, and statue group of “Water Margin” stories.
