The West Bund Art Museum is located in Xuhui Binjiang, Shanghai, and was designed by the architectural firm led by British architect David Chipperfield. It took three years to complete the construction, with a total building area of 25,000 square meters.

Inside the museum, in addition to three main exhibition halls dedicated to presenting permanent and special exhibition works, there is also a special project space called ‘Exhibition Hall 0’. The underground first floor is composed of a multi-function hall, boxes, and the Smart Manufacturing Exhibition Hall (which includes studios, playgrounds, and children’s workshops).

Opening hours: From January 1st to November 30th, the museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00; from December 2nd to December 31st, the museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00. The museum is closed all day on Mondays during both periods; on December 1st, the museum is closed all day. The second-floor exhibition hall is closed on Mondays; the first floor and B1 floor are open from 10:00 to 22:00.
