Many people in Anji know the White Tea Town, but not White Tea Plain. White Tea Plain was previously known as White Tea Town. After removing “Town” from the name, White Tea Plain is more like a brand rather than a place name. In the past three years, we have been working on White Tea Plain. On the land with an area of 32 square kilometers (about the same size as Macau), we have been making plans little by little. There is no ready-made case to refer to. We accumulate experience by feeling our way forward. In the recent year, starting from scratch, White Tea Plain has successively opened projects such as A Leaf Tea Drink, DNA Anji Digital Nomad Commune, Villagers’ Canteen, Pachi Kiln-baked Bread and Coffee, Little White House Homestay, ACDC Anji Creative Design Center, Da Vinci Garden, Golden Leaf Service Center, PBJ Sandwich and Coffee, Chris bar Natural Wine Club, and Yanxinhuo Bistro.
