Willow Garden is situated at No. 23 Kou Tai Road, on the south bank of the Dongcheng River in the city, and is one of the ancient ‘Eight Views of Hailing’, known as ‘Fishing Songs of the South Moat’. Surrounded by willow embankments outside, the garden features interwoven willow trees, bamboo groves, osmanthus forests, and magnolia forests. The garden boasts a secluded and ancient charm with a unique scenery. The fishing bay landscape and the Liu Jingting Memorial Hall have been restored.
After years of development, Willow Garden has become a lush and verdant forest. The garden’s strategic location, with a bend of water within and the city’s river encircling the garden, creates a picturesque scene. Waterfowl often fly by and rest, adding to the garden’s vitality.

Being in a quiet and secluded area, Willow Garden is rarely visited, making it an ideal spot for occasional contemplation and ‘solitary wandering’. It is open all year round from 7:30 to 16:30.
