Wufu Bridge, constructed before the Zhengde period of the Ming Dynasty, is a single-arch stone bridge with a length of 14 meters and a span of 7.5 meters. It connects the north and south banks at the eastern end of Shaojiang Port. It was reconstructed during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty and is well-preserved, with neat stone steps and railings. Continuing along the riverbank leads to Wangxian Bridge.

The term ‘Wufu’ refers to blessings, happiness, longevity, prosperity, and a peaceful end, which are the five major pursuits and wishes of the common people. The use of this term on the bridge signifies the bridge builder’s blessings for those who cross it, hoping that the bridge brings not only convenience but also various auspicious wishes to everyone. Open all year round, accessible 24/7, with specific business status subject to daily opening conditions.
