Wuhu Binjiang Park is located along the Yangtze River in the western part of Wuhu City, stretching from Wuhu Shipyard in the north to Lugang Bridge in the south, with a total length of 9.5 kilometers and varying widths from 100 to 200 meters. Historically, this area was home to architectural complexes such as Jixiang Temple, Guanlan Pavilion, Jieguan Pavilion, Matou Temple, and Li Hongzhang’s former residence, as well as streets lined with ancient houses from the Ming and Qing dynasties. Among the existing ancient buildings, there are Zhongjiang Tower, Catholic Church, and Customs Building, all of which contribute to a rich historical legacy and cultural depth. The park is open all year round, accessible 24 hours a day.
