Covering an area of 1,580 square meters, the Wukang Building boasts a total construction area of 9,275 square meters. Due to the limited geographical location, the ground floor of the building features an arcade style, with shop windows recessed to create space for pedestrian walkways. Additionally, the exterior walls of the first and second floors are made of cement, mimicking stone walls, which gives the building a底座 style. From the third to the seventh floor, the exterior is adorned with yellow-brown brick cladding.

The eighth floor, which is the top floor, continues to use cement walls that mimic stone, thus presenting the building in three distinct sections. On the third and eighth floors, the designer uses continuous long balconies as three-stage waistlines, enhancing the sense of hierarchy.

To address the issue of lighting in the rooms facing north, the designer specifically created two large internal courtyards on the north side. The building is open all year round, and its historical exterior is available for visits 24/7.
