The Wulei Mountain scenic area is composed of three scenic spots: Wulei Lecture Temple, Lotus Garden, and Zangyun Brook. On the north side of the basin surrounded by mountains, Wulei Lecture Temple is built. There are continuous green canopies, jagged dangerous peaks, deep valleys, and competing strange stones. 5 kilometers long and features clear streams, strange rocks, strange trees, and secluded valleys. In this scenic area, mountain valleys and streams complement each other. Strange rocks and ponds can be seen everywhere. Along the way, the trees are lush and the scenery is pleasant. The mountains are steep and the geology is unique. Wulei Lecture Temple is one of the older temples in eastern Zhejiang.


It was built during the Red Crow period of the Three Kingdoms Wu Kingdom and has a history of more than 1,700 years. The Lotus Garden is adjacent to the west side of Wulei Lecture Temple and was originally a low-lying and deserted land. The main scenic spots in the Lotus Garden include Auspicious Lotus, Seven-Step Lotus, Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra, etc. Relying on this deep mountain and ancient temple, and using the lotus image in Buddhism, the Wulei Mountain scenic area has built a Lotus Garden that integrates Buddhist culture and garden scenery.


Tourists can view lotus here, taste green tea, and all the troubles disappear, immediately entering a clear world. Opening hours: Open all year round from 08:30 to 16:30.
