The Wulei Mountain scenic area is composed of three scenic spots: Wulei Lecture Temple, Lotus Garden, and Zangyun Brook. Wulei Lecture Temple is one of the older temples in eastern Zhejiang. It was built during the Red Crow period of the Three Kingdoms Wu Kingdom and has a history of more than 1,700 years. The Lotus Garden is adjacent to the west side of Wulei Lecture Temple and was originally a low-lying and deserted land. The main scenic spots in the Lotus Garden include Auspicious Lotus, Seven-Step Lotus, Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra, etc. Relying on this deep mountain and ancient temple, and using the lotus image in Buddhism, the Wulei Mountain scenic area has built a Lotus Garden that integrates Buddhist culture and garden scenery.
