Wuxi Thermal Snow Miracle is a ski resort in East China that mainly focuses on indoor snow entertainment and is supplemented by skiing. It opened on June 29, 2019. The building area is 17,500 square meters, the reception service area is 7,500 square meters, and the snow entertainment and skiing area totals 10,000 square meters. It has a primary ski slope with a length of 138 meters and a drop of 13 meters.
It has 18 refrigeration equipment, 5 snow-making machines, 2 snow-falling machines, and 5 magic carpets. There is an area specially set up for young children, covering an area of 5,600 square meters. The area is equipped with a snow-playing area and a smaller gentle slope. Children can practice skiing under the leadership of their parents and carry out various snow-related recreational activities. The daily reception capacity is 4,000 people, and the instantaneous reception can reach 800 people. The strong skiing coach faculty and professional athlete configuration, as well as the international teaching model, make the skiing experience of first-time skiers more reassuring and enjoyable. In the skiing area, there are three ski slopes, namely Bear Slope, Snow Rabbit Slope, and Elk Slope, meeting the different needs of beginners, intermediate and advanced skiing enthusiasts. Bear Slope is 35 meters long, 20 meters wide, with an average slope of 8. It is equipped with a magic carpet transportation device. Beginners and children can boldly practice here. Elk Slope is 72 meters long, 25 meters wide, with an average slope of 14. It is suitable for snowboarders and intermediate and advanced skiing enthusiasts to improve their skiing skills. The single-board park is closed for maintenance every Monday.
Additional preferential policies: There are no special preferential policies for Miracle Snow. Children must also purchase tickets to enter, and entry is refused for those under 3 years old. Minors under 12 years old (inclusive) or under 1.4 meters (inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket when entering the park. Minors aged 13 to 17 are advised to be accompanied by an adult with the ability to provide safety supervision when purchasing tickets and participating in skiing activities. Those aged 60 and above must sign the ‘Garden Risk Safety Notification’ when entering.
Service facilities include magic carpets in the intermediate and beginner areas, with 5 available. Snow gear rental: Free provision of snow boots, snowboards, snowsuits, and helmets; full set of protective gear (bumpers and two knee pads) rental fee is 100 yuan, no deposit; half set of protective gear (single bumper) rental fee is 50 yuan, no deposit; specific styles and prices are subject to actual on-site conditions.
Parking lot: For members of the Sunac Cultural Tourism Club, the specific collection/payment method is as follows: Reference price: 5 yuan per vehicle for up to 2 hours, with less than 2 hours calculated as 2 hours. An additional 3 yuan per hour for every hour over 2 hours, with less than one hour calculated as one hour. The full day is calculated as 12 hours. The maximum charge per day is not more than 35 yuan, and recharging is required after 24 hours.
For parking outside of 2 hours, it is charged at 3 yuan per hour, with any fraction of an hour rounded up to a full hour. The full-day charge is 35 yuan, and fees are recalculated after 24 hours.
