Located in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, the Sanbaijiu Workshop in Wuzhen Dongzha Scenic Area was originally established during the Tongzhi era of the Qing Dynasty. The workshop employs traditional brewing techniques, resulting in a fragrant and pervasive aroma. The main product is Wuzhen Sanbaijiu, which is made from rice, white flour, and clear water. The workshop is open all year round from 08:00 to 17:00.
