Xi Mountain Scenic Area, part of the Mangdang Mountain Geology Park, covers an area of 14.5 hectares and is a geological park that integrates tourism, culture, and entertainment. The park features bungee jumping, boat rides, and beach valley, among other water entertainment facilities.
The construction of Xi Mountain Scenic Area is of great significance in creating the brand of Mangdang Mountain Han Culture Tourism and enhancing the reputation of Yongcheng.[1] Xi Mountain is a small stone mountain running east-west in the eastern part of the Mangdang Mountain group, with Yu Mountain to its north, Mo Mountain to its northwest, and Bao’an Mountain to its southwest. The mountain is said to be named after the eighth monarch of the Song State during the Western Zhou Dynasty, Song Xi Gong, who was buried here, and precious cultural relics such as the Golden Threaded Jade Suit have been unearthed.
Opening hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 all year round.
