The Xia Tongshan Memorial Hall is designed and constructed in the style of a local traditional residence, covering an area of approximately 100 square meters.
Inside, it displays five thematic units:
1. ‘Achieving Fame in the Imperial Examinations’,
2. ‘Emperor Guangxu’s Teacher’,
3. ‘Exonerating Wrongful Convictions’,
4. ‘Integrity and Uprightness’,
5. ‘Disciples and Descendants’.
Additionally, the hall features replicas of artifacts related to Xia’s life.
The memorial hall showcases the lives and stories of historical figures from the late Qing Dynasty to modern times through sculptures, paintings, and multimedia displays.
