The Xujiahui（xujiahui academy） Library is located in Xuhui District, Shanghai. It has two underground floors and three above-ground floors. The library as a whole adopts a large-open-space structure and space design, integrating functions such as collection, lending, reading, and consultation. The first floor consists of an atrium, children’s area, coffee and tea area, and general service desk. The second floor features a sunny reading area, literature borrowing area, digital reading area, barrier-free reading area, and self-study area.
The third floor includes a special literature area, newspaper and periodical reading area, lecture hall, and seminar area. The underground first floor is the East-West Park · Shanghai-style cultural and creative exhibition and sales area and intelligent book storage. The underground second floor is a garage. Opening hours: Closed all day on Mondays throughout the year; open from 09:00 to 21:00 from Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year; open from 09:00 to 15:00 on New Year’s Eve.
The children’s area on the first floor and the third floor are open from 9:00 to 17:00. Closed on Mondays. National holidays are subject to separate notice. The specific business status is subject to the opening situation on that day.
