The Yan Wenliang Memorial Hall is situated at No. 4 behind the Canglang Pavilion, originally the site of the Suzhou Fine Arts Specialized School. It is connected to the classical garden Canglang Pavilion to the west and adjoins the Suzhou Workers’ Cultural Palace to the south, located in the heart of the ancient city area of Suzhou. The entire hall covers an area of 2000 square meters, divided into three levels, with the main building area being 1200 square meters. The exhibits primarily focus on modern art, supplemented by modern works, and highlight the art of painters of Suzhou origin or those who have been active in the Suzhou area. Open all year round from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00 to 17:00.
