The 1956 Star Theater, originally known as the Yancheng Cinema, was established in 1956. In August 2022, it was transformed and upgraded from a traditional cinema into a multifunctional public cultural sharing space that integrates a multifunctional theater, exhibition space, humanities bookstore, trendy cultural and creative products, and coffee and tea beverages.
